  1. Slow your Breathing
  2. Go for a 60 minute walk in nature.

How to do the Physiological Sigh:

  1. Take 1 Long Breath in through your nose
  2. Just when you can't breath in any longer take 1 quick extra breath in
  3. Then exhale as slow as possible out of the mouth
  4. Repeat up to 10 times
